Truth be told, it's been a hot minute since I've been to the dentist. And I guess over time, I developed a slight phobia. But today, I took the leap and when in for an exam. Just to get a better idea of the condition of my teeth, and I will say this it was a very emotional moment for me but everyone that I came across in the office was just so nice and pleasant. They helped eased my anxiety and were so comforting, and understanding. It's crazy to think I was very nervous about walking in there but everyone here was so wonderful. Glad I walked in, and so happy to start not only mine but my family's dental journey with the people at paradise ridge family dentist. Thank you guys, you were absolutely amazing today.

Best experience ever! Viola got me a warm blanket straight from the dryer! Stephanie did my cleaning, and man was it thorough and she was SUPER gentle. Dr. Mchale was a straight shooter and took the time to answer my questions, and was able to fix my tooth SAME DAY! Christal gave me a breakdown of the cost in the room and they did it right then! One and DONE! They gave me a paper at the end with everyone's name on it and what happened during my visit, can you say efficient! Thank you for restoring my faith in a dental office. Monique is the BEST! She made me feel so comfortable during both of my appointments, and put on my favorite tv show to calm my nerves during my procedures! She makes sure that you are covered and feel comfortable the entire time!! I was in the most agonizing pain and needed a root canal immediately. I was very nervous and my anxiety was at an all time high. Thank you so much to everyone at here for taking such good care of me!!!

I had an excellent dental experience at Paradise Ridge Family Dentistry. I was a new patient, and luckily I could fill out all of the necessary paperwork on their website before my appointment. The receptionist was very kind and was knowledgeable about what would be covered by my insurance. Also, I called and made my appt on Monday and was scheduled for Tuesday. So fast! The dental assistant and dentist were very personable and kind, and they had answers to all of my questions. Overall, I had a great first experience at Paradise Ridge Family Dentistry!

I had problem with a wisdom tooth, and by Saturday the pain was very high. Paradise was open, I called ten, and they accommodated me right away. Now I am one tooth with decaying root and infection short, no pain, and super happy. Paradise was great, dentist great, service outstanding. Highly recommended!

As always, Paradise Ridge Family Dentistry takes such good care of me. They believe in preventative maintenance which starts with maintaining healthy gums. This helps reduce costly dental work down the road. And, thank you Stephanie, for taking such gentle care of me today.In the past (2 years ago) I both worked and was a patient at this practice, and now that I no longer work there, I still go there for my dental care. Knowing the ins and outs of this practice, I know that I am getting quality care for my teeth and gums.Side note:I do see that my first and last name was mentioned in one of the recent negative reviews written by another patient. I have not worked at the practice for over two years now. While this patient knows that I'm no longer there, he feels the need to mention my first and last name in a review. Hopefully Google will have the respect to at least remove my last name or the review entirely. I believe that as a patient I should not be slandered online by a former patient.

Dr. Yasso and Alex stayed well past closing to help me get my work done, which was A LOT. I am terrified of the dentist but they made me feel very comfortable, talking to me, explaining to me the steps, and answering my questions. When I say that these guys are my heros I mean it!!!! I was in indescribable pain , crying and all my first time there I had to get an emergency removal w/ bone graft and I did not wait all day the customer service is above and beyond. I freaking love this dentists office. Let me start by saying, no one likes going to the dentist. It’s scary and can be expensive. I actually like interacting with the Dr, and the staff of this office.To give some background, I had been a patient previously and hated the past dentist here. He was an absolute jerk. So one day I got a call from the front desk offering a deal for returning patients. I said sure but only if I get a different dentist. I was then informed someone new purchased this practice and that’s why they were reaching out. Okay I decided to give it a chance.Lauren at the front desk, I hope you’re reading this, because you’re my favorite. You’re nice, welcoming and you remember patients. She’s a breath of fresh air and just such a nice human.Dr Sutton is freaking great. He takes the time to answer questions and explain what’s happening in words I can actually understand. I have anxiety about going to the dentist normally but the fact that I can ask the questions I need to ask makes me feel safer is the biggest win.As someone who avoided the dentist for a couple years because I hated them that much, highly recommend giving this one a chance.

My visit today, Saturday 2/17/24 to get my implant post set, was great. The Dr. was a specialist that only works out of your office 1 time a month. He is OUTSTANDING. With the issues that I have had with this implant (over 2 years +) has been frustrating, but this second time through has been excellent. The first attempt was an overall failure. But this time, with this doctor, has been a breeze.
