We had an amazing first time visit with Paradise Ridge Family Dentistry. Our son chipped his tooth and needed an emergency root canal. The office was open on Saturday and was able to get us in right away. The office is very clean, inviting and welcoming. All the staff members we interacted with were kind and personable. I would definitely recommend.

Crown fell out 5 am 5/18. Went online to search emergency dentist found Paradise Ridge and sent online message on their site. 8:48 am received call and had a appointment at 11:am . Extremely efficient, and excellent service. They were very busy and they got me in on a SATURDAY.

I first came to Paradise Ridge in May 2024 seeking help with a pretty bad case of periodontitis. They quickly got me scheduled for future visits to check on my treatment needs, provided strong toothpaste to heal my gums, and never once made me feel embarrassed about the condition of my dental health. Lauren at the front desk is always warm and welcoming, and my hygienist Stephanie is gentle and always does a very thorough job. I have seen tremendous results and I feel so much more confident in my smile! I know here I’m in good hands and can rely on their support. Plus, their waiting room is very cozy!

This office has been amazing from the time I first walked in! The service is friendly, the staff is knowledgeable, I had Luis do my cleaning both times and he makes the process so easy but he is thorough. I've been to other dentists where the deep cleaning doesn't get everything out but here I walked out with new teeth. Definitely recommend!

I have always put my kids first when it comes to dental or medical care. I let my teeth suffer because of this. Well I decided to start the process of healing my dental health. I hadn’t seen a dentist for some time due to financial reasons, but once I did, I was treated well and was given the best treatment options for the concerns I had. Everyone is kind and considerate, and the office is always neat and there is nothing that seems off or concerning. Thank you Stephanie for always taking care of my cleanings and to the Dr who I see (I schedule for Saturday’s). I do recommend this dentist office to anyone who needs emergency treatments/visits, or just routine appointments.

Update: I had to go in for an emergency root canal & had Dr. McHale and his assistant Will and they both were so amazing! I felt so comfortable and he talked me through everything he was doing. I will continue to go to him for any of my dental needs, thank youuu!I had called this dental office on a Friday morning because I was experiencing bad tooth pain. I had originally scheduled an appointment for that upcoming Monday, but ended up calling back and they got me in the same day. Trish was so nice & accommodating and made me feel super comfortable. I had Monique as my assistant & Dr. Yasso and they were both amazing- so kind and helpful! I have nothing but great things to say about all of the staff I encountered at this office from the front desk to the back I would recommend 10/10!

Truth be told, it's been a hot minute since I've been to the dentist. And I guess over time, I developed a slight phobia. But today, I took the leap and when in for an exam. Just to get a better idea of the condition of my teeth, and I will say this it was a very emotional moment for me but everyone that I came across in the office was just so nice and pleasant. They helped eased my anxiety and were so comforting, and understanding. It's crazy to think I was very nervous about walking in there but everyone here was so wonderful. Best experience ever! Viola got me a warm blanket straight from the dryer! Stephanie did my cleaning, and man was it thorough and she was SUPER gentle. Dr. Mchale was a straight shooter and took the time to answer my questions, and was able to fix my tooth SAME DAY! Christal gave me a breakdown of the cost in the room and they did it right then! One and DONE! They gave me a paper at the end with everyone's name on it and what happened during my visit, can you say efficient! Thank you for restoring my faith in a dental office. Monique is the BEST! She made me feel so comfortable during both of my appointments, and put on my favorite tv show to calm my nerves during my procedures! She makes sure that you are covered and feel comfortable the entire time!! I was in the most agonizing pain and needed a root canal immediately. I had an excellent dental experience at Paradise Ridge Family Dentistry. I was a new patient, and luckily I could fill out all of the necessary paperwork on their website before my appointment. The receptionist was very kind and was knowledgeable about what would be covered by my insurance. Also, I called and made my appt on Monday and was scheduled for Tuesday. So fast! The dental assistant and dentist were very personable and kind, and they had answers to all of my questions. Overall, I had a great first experience at Paradise Ridge Family Dentistry!

I had problem with a wisdom tooth, and by Saturday the pain was very high. Paradise was open, I called ten, and they accommodated me right away. Now I am one tooth with decaying root and infection short, no pain, and super happy. Paradise was great, dentist great, service outstanding. Highly recommended!

As always, Paradise Ridge Family Dentistry takes such good care of me. They believe in preventative maintenance which starts with maintaining healthy gums. This helps reduce costly dental work down the road. And, thank you Stephanie, for taking such gentle care of me today.In the past (2 years ago) I both worked and was a patient at this practice, and now that I no longer work there, I still go there for my dental care. Knowing the ins and outs of this practice, I know that I am getting quality care for my teeth and gums.Side note:I do see that my first and last name was mentioned in one of the recent negative reviews written by another patient. I have not worked at the practice for over two years now. While this patient knows that I'm no longer there, he feels the need to mention my first and last name in a review. Hopefully Google will have the respect to at least remove my last name or the review entirely. I believe that as a patient I should not be slandered online by a former patient.

I am terrified of the dentist but they made me feel very comfortable, talking to me, explaining to me the steps, and answering my questions.
