I switched to Paradise Ridge after a horrific experience at an independent dentist in the valley. I was already skeptical of any dentist at that point, but they came highly recommended by someone that used them in an emergency situation. For one, they are open on Saturdays, so that was a bonus as well. I had to have a crown redone to fix the disaster from the other dentist. They were professional, courteous, patient with my nervousness and the young gal that made my crown was absolutely amazing. I have continued going to them for my regular dentistry and love Louis my dental hygenist as well. Today I had to go in to get an implant, my first one. I have put this off for 2 years because of being scarred of the process. I have some very serious childhood dental trauma that makes me nervous even for cleanings, so today was no walk in the park for me. Dr. America was great! She continuously talked to me, asked me how I was doing, encouraged me through the entire process. It's not a fun process at all, but I had no pain, she reassured me I was doing great the entire time and even offered a hug after it was all said and done. I'm sure it's not every day she sees tears running down the face of a 57 year old patient ha!.The office staff is pleasant, always returns calls and is very responsive to questions regarding treatments, charges, insurance questions etc. I highly recommend Paradise Ridge Dentristry for all your dental needs.
