Victoria, a third generation native of Arizona holds an M.P.A. from the University of Maryland College Park, a B.A. from The University of Arizona, and an Associates degree in Fashion Design from Emily Dickens School of Fashion Denver, CO. With over a decade working in the dental field, Victoria steers the ship at Paradise Ridge Dentistry. Her specialty, incorporating new strategies to keep the practice on the cutting edge and orchestrating a very talented dental team, is what makes the practice run so smoothly. In her free time, she enjoys interior design, traveling off the beaten path, skiing, and doing anything that is adventurous. Tori has a great love of nature and spends her time away from work with her husband, and two boys and their dog Bogart. Their favorite things to do are fishing, hiking, and spending time outdoors.
Chris, a native of Arizona has a bachelors of science degree in business marketing. She has over 15 years of experience in marketing, business development, customer relations, and over 12 years in dental marketing. Chris’s role at the practice is to manage all of the dental marketing as well as working with the patients as their advocate. While she isn’t working on marketing strategies or working with the patients, she loves spending time outdoors running, hiking, skiing, and riding on Harleys.
Ashley was born in Montebello, California. For the past four years, Ashley has been working in the dental field. She first began her dental education while still in high school and earned a dental assistant certification. Additionally, Ashley has taken coursework for medical terminology. Ashley is a highly valued team member because she has a diverse set of skills to include clinical assisting, treatment coordinating, and front office records and insurance. She really enjoys helping patients get the dental work that they need but wishes she could improve how x-rays are taken to provide them more comfort. In the future, she would like to manage and then someday own her own dental practice. In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her daughter, camping, traveling and shopping.
Christal was born and raised in Arizona. She has a certificate in dental assisting and a certificate in early childhood development. She has been in the dental field for over four years now. What Christal finds most rewarding about her job is helping her patients feel comfortable when visiting the dentist. While Christal is away from the office she loves being around animals, shopping, singing karaoke, and having fun with her family and friends.
Tori very recently moved to Arizona from Gross Ile, Michigan. She attended Arizona School of Dental Assisting and began her career in dentistry at Paradise Ridge Dentistry. Although Tori is new to the dental field, she has proven such attention to detail and great care for her patients. Her excitement and motivation to learn new skills at our office brings smiles to the team’s faces. (We are very proud of her.) What she enjoys most about her job is meeting all her patients and helping them feel better. One of Tori’s future goals is to become a dental hygienist. Currently, she is enjoying her job at the office and learning the ropes. In her free time, Tori spends time working out at the gym, enjoying quality time with family and friends and attending church.
Katie is from Richmond, Utah, the same town Napoleon Dynamite was filmed. She moved to Arizona in 2008 to attended college at the University of Arizona and earned her bachelor’s degree in physiology. She then attended Fortis College, a dental hygiene school in Phoenix. Katie believes in giving back to others, as one of the founders of a dental mission group, she travels twice a year to Puerto Peñasco, Mexico. In Mexico she provides continuing dental care for the community. She has also worked as a hygienist at an HIV clinic in downtown Phoenix and she volunteers at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Additionally, she has worked as a CAN at a university medical center. Katie loves her job as our lead hygienist. She is a microbiology nerd with a focus on preventive dentistry. When asked if she could improve dentistry, she plans to use her pre med and dental hygiene knowledge to further study the connection between poor oral health and the possible cause of systemic diseases. Katie believes that knowledge is power. Her desire is to educate her patients to decrease oral disease. When Katie is away from the office, she enjoys weight lifting, yoga, reading and playing with her border collie.
