Dr. Bobby is very dedicated to providing you with the most modern and comprehensive approach to assessing your oral health condition using CBCT imaging, intraoral scanning, and 3D printing. Dr. Bobby graduated from Arizona State University in Biomedical Engineering. As a research and development engineer, he worked in the medical device industry designing, testing, and developing cardiovascular, orthopedic and surgical devices, to dental implants.
He went on to graduate from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine, being one of a few graduates to receive advanced training in implant placement and implant prosthodontics during his final 2 years. He then followed up with a one-year residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry, through New York University Langone Health at the Brighter Way Dental Center, gaining valuable knowledge performing complex dental treatments with mentorship alongside specialists ranging from cosmetic veneers, crowns, to full mouth rehabilitations, dental surgery, single-implants to full arch All-On-4 cases, overdentures, and endodontics.
Dr. Bobby has lived in the North Scottsdale community since 2006. He has volunteered 1000+ hours helping the greater Phoenix community at sites including CASS clinic, ASDOH, Arizona Mission of Mercy, to dental missions abroad in Mexico.

Tooth Extractions
Accidentally fractured, highly decayed, and infected teeth sometimes cause problems for the teeth around them. These types of teeth usually need surgical extraction. Also, it is often used to create space by removing one or more teeth when overcrowding is causing alignment issues.
Wisdom Tooth Removal
Impacted wisdom teeth put pressure on the neighbouring teeth, cause cavities, and unbearable jaw pain that makes your day and night miserable. The most common solution to relieve pain is to remove them completely through oral surgery. For anxious patients, various sedation options are available at our clinic.
Dental Implants
We recommend this to individuals who want to replace their missing tooth with an artificial tooth. After surgically placing a titanium post into the jawbone to provide a strong base for the new tooth, a natural-looking crown, bridge, or dentures is attached.
Implant placement depends on the jaw having enough bone density and volume to anchor the post securely. If your bone has deteriorated or is thin, we perform bone grafting first to provide a strong base for the implant placement.
Bone Grafting
Oral surgery for bone graft placement is done when the jawbone is lost at the target site or is not strong enough for tooth replacement restorations such as dental implants. The jawbone may begin to shrink if a tooth has been missing for a while or if a gum infection has damaged the surrounding bone. Facial Trauma and Jaw Injuries
Accidents, sports injuries, and high physical impact can fracture teeth, damage the jaw, or even dislocate it. At our clinic, we evaluate and treat facial trauma cases that include tooth repair or removal, managing soft tissue injuries, realigning the jaw, and repairing broken bones.
Corrective Jaw (Orthognathic) Surgery
In cases of significant jaw misalignment or structural issues, we recommend orthognathic surgery for such patients. This procedure restores speech, breathing, bite, and facial balance by correcting the position or structural misalignment of the upper and lower jaw or bite.

Recovery and Aftercare
The recovery period varies depending on the type of treatment performed and your body’s healing response. Most patients recover from wisdom tooth removal typically within a week, while bone grafting can take up to a few months before the site is fully healed.
For the first few days after any oral surgery, swelling and discomfort are normal, which can be managed by applying a cold pack and prescribed medication. A soft-food diet is advised after the procedure because it reduces pressure on the treatment site and supports healing. This will also help lower the risk of irritation or complications. If bleeding, swelling, or pain worsens rather than improving after the first 48 to 72 hours, visit a dentist immediately.
