Victoria has structured the family-owned practice so that all services are provided under one roof. This enables her to save the patient’s time and money. For example, when patients require root canals, most general dentists will send them to endodontists (specialists). So, when patients are referred out to specialists, it increases their out-of-pocket costs and can be very inconvenient for them. This is because the insurance providers will normally cover only 50% if the patient is treated by a specialist compared to 80% if they are treated by a generalist. Additionally, the patients are inconvenienced when having to make multiple appointments and must go to different locations for treatment. This however is not the case at Paradise Ridge Dentistry.
Victoria is the backbone of she and her husband’s family-owned practice and she requires her dental team to be committed to the same dental care philosophy. The entire team at Paradise Ridge Dentistry understands that the patients must come first and that they must be heard. She also plays an instrumental role in handpicking the associate dentists at Paradise Ridge Dentistry. These dentists are required to have extensive experience in providing general, cosmetic and orthodontic dentistry.
