How effective is Opalescence tooth whitening?
Opalescence tooth whitening produces great results removing stains from teeth that are dingy and yellow or that have stains. You will need to consider other options however if your teeth are stained below the surface due to fluoridation or if you have tetracycline stains. This product does not work on dental restorations such as crowns. Discoloration beneath the tooth enamel requires alternative treatment. You may want to consider dental bonding or porcelain veneers in such cases. Call us for a consultation appointment to discuss the best option for you.
We also offer a lunch hour special for a free take-home tooth whitening pen when you schedule your dental appointment Monday – Friday between 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
