Meet Stephanie
Dental Hygienist Stephanie, was born and raised in South Korea and moved to the States in 2000. Stephanie has been happily married to her husband Dave for over 15 years they like to spend their free time with their 2 chihuahuas, taking them to the park, going on walks and traveling up north to get out of the heat. Stephanie graduated from Carrington College in 2015 and has been a hygienist for over 8 years now. She is very passionate about what she does and her main goal is to make sure patients are comfortable while in her chair. She is calm and patient and understands how to accommodate patients with dental anxieties.

Meet Will
Dental Assistant Will, was born and raised in central California and moved to Arizona over 20 years ago. He graduated from Arizona School of Allied Health in 2013. He has a passion for dentistry and loves seeing the transformations from start to finish with our patients. He is currently enrolled at PVCC for my pre-requisites to become a dental Hygienist. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his Wife and son along with playing video games, basketball and soccer. I started working for Paradise Ridge Family Dentistry in January of 2021 and I enjoy working with everyone here.
Meet Trish
Office Manager Trish was born and raised in a small farming town in Northern California. She moved to Arizona 20 years ago and attended Apollo College in 2008 for dental assisting. She started her career with Paradise Ridge in 2012 and has grown with the company. She enjoys every aspect of dentistry and loves to see a patient's smile transformed. During downtime she enjoys spending time with her husband Chase, 2 boys Brian and Caden and daughter Adelynn. She enjoys reading, watching movies, playing board games, cooking and spending time with friends. A fun fact about Trish, she’s a "potterhead" and “Swiftie”, she loves all things Taylor Swift and Harry Potter. As the Office Manager of Paradise Ridge Family Dentistry it is her goal to make sure your experience is a positive one. She strives to make everyone feel welcomed and as comfortable as possible.
Meet Lauren
Front Desk Lauren has been in dentistry since she was 17 years old, volunteering for more than 2 years in general and pediatric dentistry before starting here in our office in 2013! Lauren keeps busy with her family which includes 5 nieces, 2 nephews, her fiance(Matt), and their 9 dogs. She gets married June 15th 2025! Her hobbies include but are not limited to: playing cards, board games, video games, D&D, relaxing in the pool, fishing, hiking, exploring arizona, anything creative, singing, and just hanging out with friends and family, and dressing up for the renaissance festival every year! Her goal is to make you feel comfortable and loves to put a smile on everyone's face, you will rarely ever see Lauren without a smile.
MEET CHRISTAL
Treatment Coordinator Christal was born and raised in Arizona. She graduated from American Institute of Dental Assisting in 2012 and has been working at Paradise Ridge Dentistry for over 10 years! Christal has worked as an assistant in the back office, and now works in the front office helping patients finance their treatment. She enjoys educating patients on their dental needs, and being able to help them feel comfortable while in the office. When she's not helping patients, Christal enjoys karaoke, shopping, traveling, and spending time with her family, friends and fur baby kitties. If you have any cute cat pictures, Christal is the girl to see!
