Multiple Dental Bridge Options
Traditional Dental Bridges
It is one of the reliable ways to replace a missing tooth. This bridge for missing teeth is supported by crowns placed on the healthy teeth on both sides of the gap, keeping the artificial teeth bridge firmly in place.
Since it is strong, stable, and looks natural, patients often opt for this option.
Cantilever Bridge
We use a cantilever bridge to replace a single tooth, supporting it on just one side. This makes it a great option for specific cases.
We carefully check your bite and oral health to make sure this option remains comfortable and reliable over time.
Maryland Bridge (Resin-Bonded)
A Maryland bridge offers a way to replace a missing tooth while protecting your natural teeth. A metal or porcelain framework is securely attached to the back of the neighbouring teeth.
It requires little tooth shaping and provides a light, painless solution that blends well with your smile.
Implant Supported Bridges
It is one of the solid and long-lasting options for missing teeth. This implant bridge is supported by implants placed directly in the jawbone instead of relying on a natural tooth.
This type of bridge offers excellent strength and support. An implant tooth-supported bridge also helps keep the jawbone healthy by reducing bone loss and does not affect nearby teeth.
Metal & Removable Bridges
We understand that flexibility and affordability matter. A metal tooth bridge or a removable tooth bridge can be a practical way to restore basic function.
Our team helps you decide whether a fixed or removable option best fits your lifestyle and dental needs.

Once everything is ready, our team places a permanent dental bridge that provides you with lasting strength, comfort, and a natural-looking finish.
Why Dental Bridges?
There are many options to replace missing teeth. Dental bridges and dental implants are the most common options when you are missing one or two teeth. Many patients choose to have a dental bridge placed because it avoids surgery and a long healing period.
If you would like to learn more about dental implants, Check out our dental implant page to read more about this procedure. Bridges are a non-removable solution to many cosmetic and dental health problems that can occur in your mouth.
Some of the reasons for needing a bridge include the following:
- Fill the space of missing teeth
- Maintain facial structure
- Prevent remaining teeth from drifting position
- Restore chewing and speaking ability
- Restoration of smile
- Upgrading a removable partial denture to a permanent dental appliance
What Dental Bridge Is Best For Me?
Different types of bridges exist, and it is necessary to consult with a dentist to determine which option is best for your particular situation.
The most commonly used bridge is the porcelain fixed bridge, which resembles natural teeth. This type of bridge consists of two crowns placed on two anchoring teeth (abutment teeth), with the crowns attached to the pontics (artificial teeth) that fill the gap created by one or more missing teeth.
Although bridges, like most other dental restorations, may eventually require replacements or may need to be re-cemented due to regular wear, they are made to be durable and strong. Bridges are expected to last many years and provide you with a complete and functioning mouth and smile.
