I have so many poor dental experiences that I stopped going altogether for nearly a decade because the anxiety the thought of going to a dentist created — until I was referred to Paradise Ridge Dental.I can't recommend Dr. McHale enough, along with his assistant Will. In fact, everything about their staff is perfect: they're punctual, easy to get a hold of, take care of emergencies, no errors in billing, and most of all they do excellent quality work!With me personally being a Healthcare professional, I know it's rare to find providers this good! Strongly recommend 🙌

I can’t thank Paradise Ridge enough for getting me in so quickly!I had broken a tooth and nervously called multiple dentists offices because I’d never dealt with anything like this and thankfully paradise ridge was quite literally able to squeeze me in the next day.I went in and every single person I met was so kind, friendly & welcoming. I have dental anxiety from not having dental insurance for a while and some dental trauma and was nervous for what to expect was going to happen, and was fully preparing myself for the worst, and instead it was so much easier than I anticipated, AND they had so many options to make sure I could walk out with the dental services I needed that day!A crown made in office in under an hour and then fitted to my tooth, truly was such a GIFT! Not only that, because of the tools they use, the crown feels so good in my mouth and they made sure it fit so perfectly with the rest of my teeth!Truly, thank each of you for your kindness, your ability to fit me in and for your hard work and dedication to dentistry. I cannot say thank you enough! I’m recommending everyone I know here!

For someone who in general just does not like going to the dentist cuz it gives me anxiety...everyone I came in contact with from the Assistant Will to the Hygienist Stephanie and Doctor Mchale...they were all very nice and comforting...they made you feel very welcome. Also the Playlist of music they played in office was fun and calming as well.

I've always hated going to the dentist and have very sensitive teeth, but everyone at paradise ridge makes it such a welcoming environment and always checks in on how you're doing throughout a procedure. They walk you through exactly what they're doing. I highly recommend!

Fantastic service! They actually listen to you and take your wants into consideration. Front desk greeted me with a smile and answered my questions, Luis was gentle yet thorough, Dr.Mchale was personable and listened to what i wanted, Christal broke down what my cost was, and they were able to do my filling same day. They gave me a slip after with all the names of everyone who helped me, overall fantastic! Highly recommend!

I usually get nervous going to new doctors—especially the dentist—because I need a lot of work done and have felt embarrassed about my teeth. But after reading the reviews, I chose Paradise Ridge Family Dentistry, and I’m so glad I did.From the first phone call to filling out paperwork online, everything was smooth. When I arrived, I was greeted by a warm, smiling receptionist. Luis, the hygienist, was fantastic—gentle, kind, and professional during my cleaning and x-rays.Then I met Dr. McHale, who truly impressed me. One of the first things he asked was, “What is one thing you would like me to be able to give you?” No dentist has ever asked me that. I felt comfortable enough to be honest about my goals.Trish, the treatment coordinator, explained everything clearly and made the process stress-free—we even had a few laughs. What sets this office apart is that they don’t outsource you like most places. They do so much in-house, including same-day crowns. Who’s ever heard of that? No more leaving with a temporary crown that falls off—you go home with the real thing, done in one visit!I need a lot of work, but with their efficiency and quick appointment times, I finally feel like it’s all achievable. I highly recommend this dental office. Everyone is so kind, and great at what they do! I've seen a few different Doctors over the years, and all have been wonderful! The staff is absolutely amazing! I was just in today for a cleaning and met a new patient in the front waiting area. I told her how fabulous everyone is. Dr. McHale is absolutely wonderful!

This office has been amazing from the time I first walked in! The service is friendly, the staff is knowledgeable, I had Luis do my cleaning both times and he makes the process so easy but he is thorough. I've been to other dentists where the deep cleaning doesn't get everything out but here I walked out with new teeth. Definitely recommend!

Gaby was exceptional! I was so nervous, i had to have a wisdom tooth removed, she explained everything, was very professional, knowledgeable, took great care of me and got me to laugh in my nervousness. The procedure was done with no pain. Wonderful experience overall.

1st time visiting Paradise Ridge Family Dentistry, it was very clean office & everyone i talked to from the receptionist to the lady collecting payment to the dental hygienist (Stephanie) to the dentist himself (Dr. McHale) was super nice and friendly. Stephenie was very knowledgeable & helpful with explaining everything she was going as she was doing them and did a very thorough job cleaning my teeth & gums. Dr. McHale was also very helpful in explaining what he saw on my digital x-rays. The pricing was very fair and I’m glad I discovered PRFD. I highly recommend anyone of all ages to go to this office for any of their dental needs.

My initial visit was very comfortable. My mind was put at ease immediately upon entering, Gabby helped me to further relax when I got in the chair, and I felt no judgements at all, though I would have deserved it, to be honest. I'm going back in a few days to complete some procedures and I can honestly say, I'm looking forward to getting this tooth pain behind me. A very welcoming and comfortable office and experience!Now the follow up.. the procedures went well. A root canal and crown, a drill and fill and an extraction of a broken tooth. 🙃 Needless to say, I hate hate hate going to the dentist, but I'm very happy they exist!! Thank you Dr. McHale and staff for getting me in right away to address my tooth pain, easing my mind and calming my anxieties, and for all your considerate care!If you need emergency dentistry or are looking for a really great office for your dental maintenance, I highly recommend this office! 5 out of 5!!!!

My wife broke a veneer off her tooth on a Saturday at lunch and our regular dentist wasn't available. Paradise Ridge was able to fit her in with little wait time on a Saturday afternoon. Dr. Larkin and his assistant Will were able to cement the veneer back on in short order. Everyone in the office was friendly and professional. We have Metlife and no issues with billing and insurance. Thanks!
